1. How can I get in touch with AA Office Furniture?

You can get in touch with AA Office Furniture either via telephone on 0845 305 5599 or you can email sales@aaofficefurniture.co.uk. Either way you contact us, someone will aim to respond within 24hours Monday – Friday.

2. Can I see my items before I buy?

Yes, AA Office Furniture operates our very own showroom in the Yorkshire town of Harrogate. Should you wish to come and see examples of your furniture before purchase, one of our customer service team will show you around and make you a drink. You can even choose to buy from us straight away on the day.

Some of our items, including the Spynamic Back Care chairs, include a demonstration in your own office, allowing you to try before you buy. If this is something you would be interested in, please contact us to arrange for a member of the sales team to visit you. Please note; this service may not be available in all areas. 3. Can I change/cancel my order?

You may change your order at any point up until you have made payment, either through our secure online payment system or over the phone, as your order is not processed until full payment is received. If however, you wish to change or cancel your order after this point, please contact our sales team on 0845 305 5599, to see if your order can be changed or cancelled manually. Please note, we can in no way guarantee that you will be able to change or cancel your order after your order has been processed.

 

4. Can I change my delivery date?

If you have been given a delivery date that is not convenient for yourself, you may contact AA Office Furniture to arrange a mutually convenient day for delivery. Please note that we always try to deliver your goods as soon as possible, so it is likely that if you wish to rearrange a date, it will fall after your original delivery date.

If you require a specific delivery date, please contact our sales team as this may incur an extra charge.

 

5. Do you offer next day delivery?

AA Office Furniture does not offer next day delivery. However, if you require your items in a hurry, please contact our sales team, as we may be able to offer you a specific day delivery within 3 working days for an additional cost. Please note, this is not always possible due to stock levels and/or delivery location.

 

6. Can I collect from your office or warehouse?

We do not hold stock at our office, however if you wish to collect from our warehouse we may be able to arrange this. Please contact us for more information.

 

7. My goods have not arrived on the agreed date, why?

AA Office Furniture aims to deliver all furniture on the agreed date and within 3-5 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and heavy traffic, your order may sometimes be delayed. We will try our best, where possible to inform you of this as soon as it becomes apparent. Sometimes however, we may not be able to contact you in time. If this happens and your goods have not arrived, please contact us and we will look into why your goods where not delivered and arrange a new delivery date.

 

8. There are items missing from my delivery, what should I do?

If you find there are items missing from your delivery please contact us as soon as possible, within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for replacement items to be despatched to you as soon as possible.
